Our fresh garlic has a full robust flavour for all things delicious, and is ready for all your culinary and growing needs.
It is grown in Crooked Corner, NSW and stores well up to 6 months when stored in the right conditions.
What makes our garlic different from others?
We have been growing and using purple hard neck garlic for over 10 years and have been praised for its amazing taste compared others on the market.
Our family agrees that it’s not about entering competitions and winning medals to place on our packaging, but to produce small, flavoursome and boutique batches of what we believe is one of the best tasting fresh garlic on the market.

We do not use fancy packaging and all fresh garlic is sold in breathable recyclable brown paper bags or in biodegradable cardboard boxes.
We sell our garlic in whole heads to maximise its storage life.
A whole, unpeeled garlic head will last quite a while (about six months). An unpeeled clove that has been separated from the head, meanwhile, will stay good for about three weeks.

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.

Associated shipping costs for returns initiated due to ordering mistakes or change of mind will not be covered by The Essential Ingredient.Please return the product/s to us in the original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
Please indicate a reason for your return, using the provided detail on your packing slip. Along with this please indicate your preferred remedy.

We offer shipping within Australia via our delivery partner Australia Post through standard and express shipping which is calculated by weight and location at checkout.
Orders are carefully picked and packed by hand, then dispatched from either our Goulburn or Sydney locations. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the time of dispatch and can vary, especially during busy periods. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information (please also check your junk folder).
In the unlikely event that any item/s in an order are subjected to unexpected delays you will be contacted via email or by telephone to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and to be provided with an expected delivery date. At this time, you can either cancel the items from your order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock.2023 Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend placing orders intended for Christmas be placed as early as possible. Although our online team do their best to ship orders quickly, the holiday period sees a high volume of online shopping and postal carriers can experience delays in processing and delivering parcels. Orders placed after the dates below will be shipped within 1-2 business days, but may not arrive until after Christmas as delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed - particularly to locations outside of metro areas.

Due to import/export restrictions, Two Little Piggies currently only delivers within Australia.

Incorrect information and attempted delivery
Delivery costs are calculated based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. Where a delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise undeliverable, or where the delivery service has attempted but been unable to successfully complete delivery, our postage providers may charge additional fees for parcel returns and collections. These fees will be charged to the customer prior to the re-release of the order. Two Little Piggies will make contact with the customer in these instances to confirm delivery details prior to processing any additional fees (and prior to re-releasing goods).
